My name is Shannah Lindgren.  I have been playing the piano for so many years that I've lost count.  I started taking lessons in grade school and continued through college.  I received my associates degree with an emphasis in music from Cottey College.  I then transferred to The University of Texas at San Antonio where I worked towards a bachelors degree in music.  While at UTSA I took a pedagogy class which taught me how to teach lessons.  In this class I was able to teach 3 children and learn from feedback.  I gained a lot of knowledge in this course allowing me to understand my students' needs better.
